Well, it's more like version 1.5... but let's keep that between us.

Welcome to Creative Spark Publications 2.0—my digital sandbox, creative lab, and occasional third-person narrative experiment. This isn't your typical polished portfolio. Heck, it's not even really a portfolio site. It's where I tinker, test, and explore the intersections of creativity, technology, and enablement.

Why This Exists (Besides Avoiding Real Work)

I created this space not to showcase perfection but to embrace experimentation. It's where I throw spaghetti at the digital wall to see what sticks—be it AI tools, storytelling techniques, or enablement strategies. Think of it as my personal R&D department, minus the lab coats and with more coffee stains.

From Classroom to Boardroom: The AI Chronicles

Recently, I leveraged NotebookLM to assist teachers in expanding their lesson plans effortlessly. The outcome? Enhanced educational content with minimal additional effort.Alliancetek

I had the opportunity to take this and use it in the wild. I applied the same approach to ramp up a VAR on GoGuardian—a comprehensive suite of tools designed to support K–12 digital learning environments AND a solution they just started supporting. By uploading product documentation, sales playbooks, and marketing materials into NotebookLM (and some Jimmy D magic), I created an interactive, AI-driven knowledge base. This allowed the team to query information in real-time, facilitating a deeper understanding of GoGuardian's offerings and effective sales strategies.

The results were significant:

  • 40% Reduction in Training Time: Onboarding sessions that previously took two weeks were streamlined to just over a week.
  • Improved Knowledge Retention: Interactive engagement with the AI tool led to better retention of product features and sales tactics. (They could interact with the AI Agent, ask questions, and do a little role playing)
  • Scalable Training Solution: The AI-driven approach provided a consistent training experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Ok, I know that it sounds salesy but the truth is that this real-world application underscores how AI tools can bridge the gap between educational methodologies and corporate training needs, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

What's Next?

Here on my portfolio site, I'll be peeling back the curtain on my experiments—sharing the wins, the flops, and the "what was I thinking?" moments. Expect candid insights, practical applications, and a sprinkle of humor. Because if we can't laugh at our own trial-and-error, what's the point?
